This website presents the business-to-business services of Adsprint
Studio ("we", "us"). Its content is provided for general information
and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, nor
a binding offer. Concrete scope, pricing and terms of any engagement
are agreed individually in writing.
Figures shown on this site (posting frequencies, languages, platforms,
indicative prices) describe our own reference system and typical
engagements. They are illustrative: results depend on your market,
audience, platforms and configuration, and we do not guarantee
any particular reach, engagement, or commercial outcome.
Our services involve content automation for, among others, companies in
the iGaming sector. Responsibility for regulatory compliance of
published content — licensing, advertising rules, responsible-gambling
messaging, and market restrictions — remains with the client,
which is why our systems ship with approval-before-publish controls.
We do not offer gambling services, accept wagers, or provide betting
advice, and this site is not directed at consumers of gambling
products.

Privacy policy (GDPR)
This policy explains how we process personal data in connection with
this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
Email contact. If you write to us, we process your
name, email address and the content of your message to respond and,
where relevant, to prepare and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)
GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries
(Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is retained as long as needed
for the relationship and applicable statutory retention periods.
Google Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept
cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage
(pages viewed, approximate region, device type). Legal basis:
consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time via "Cookie
settings" in the footer. IP anonymization is enabled. Data is
processed by Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (USA) under the
EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; see
Google's
privacy policy. If you decline, no analytics runs at all.
Server logs and our own statistics (no
cookies). Our EU-based server (Hetzner, Germany) records
every request in a technical access log: IP address, time, requested
address, response, referring page, browser user agent and preferred
language. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. From
them we compile our own statistics — how many people visit which
pages, where they came from, and how much traffic comes from search
engines, AI crawlers and other automated systems. Before anything is
stored for statistics, the IP address is shortened to its network
(the last part is removed) and used only to look up the network's
operator and country; the full address is never stored. To count
visitors per day without cookies, we compute a one-way code from the
address, the browser user agent and a random value that changes every
day; each day's value is deleted after 15 days, after which the codes
cannot be linked to anyone. Statistical records are kept for 90 days;
daily totals, which contain no personal data, are kept longer. To tell
people apart from automated traffic, our pages run a small script that
reports the page address, the page you came from and how long the
page was visible; unless you accept analytics (next item) it stores
nothing on your device, and it does not run at all if your browser
sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Nothing is shared with anyone or used for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating, securing and
understanding this site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object at any
time.
Detailed visit analytics (only with your
consent). If you click Accept, the same script also keeps a
random visitor ID in your browser's local storage (renewed after 13
months) and sends it with each page, so we can see an individual
visit: the pages you view and in what order, how long you spend on
each, how far you scroll, which links to other sites you follow, where
you came from, and whether you come back. With it we record your full
IP address, screen size and time zone, and your browser, device type
and language. We use this only to understand how visitors use the
site; it is not shared, sold or used for advertising, and we do not
try to find out who you are. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)
GDPR and the ePrivacy rules on storing information on your device).
Records are kept for 90 days. Withdraw consent any time via "Cookie
settings" (Decline deletes the ID from your browser), and erase what
we recorded under your ID here:
Analytics ID in this browser: none
Done — your visit records will be erased within a few minutes.
We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making
about you, or send marketing you have not asked for.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of
your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and
you may object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw
consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Write to
partnership@adsprintstudio.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory
authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection
(cpdp.bg), or the
authority of your habitual residence.
Cookies
This site uses the minimum possible:
Strictly necessary browser storage (localStorage,
not cookies): your theme choice and your cookie decision. No consent
required; nothing is transmitted anywhere.
Google Analytics cookies (_ga,
_ga_*) — set
only after you click Accept. They distinguish
visitors and sessions for aggregate statistics and expire after up
to 2 years.
Our own statistics use no cookies (see
above). Only if you accept analytics do they
keep one item in local storage: a_vid,
a random ID and the date it was made, replaced after 13 months and
deleted when you decline (see detailed
visit analytics).
You can change your mind any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Withdrawing consent stops analytics from loading on future visits; to
remove cookies already set, clear cookies for this site in your
browser.
