This website presents the business-to-business services of Adsprint Studio ("we", "us"). Its content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, nor a binding offer. Concrete scope, pricing and terms of any engagement are agreed individually in writing.

Figures shown on this site (posting frequencies, languages, platforms, indicative prices) describe our own reference system and typical engagements. They are illustrative: results depend on your market, audience, platforms and configuration, and we do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, or commercial outcome.

Our services involve content automation for, among others, companies in the iGaming sector. Responsibility for regulatory compliance of published content — licensing, advertising rules, responsible-gambling messaging, and market restrictions — remains with the client, which is why our systems ship with approval-before-publish controls. We do not offer gambling services, accept wagers, or provide betting advice, and this site is not directed at consumers of gambling products.

Privacy policy (GDPR)

This policy explains how we process personal data in connection with this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

What we process, and why

• Email contact. If you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to respond and, where relevant, to prepare and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is retained as long as needed for the relationship and applicable statutory retention periods.
• Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. IP anonymization is enabled. Data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; see Google's privacy policy. If you decline, no analytics runs at all.
• Server logs. Our EU-based server (Hetzner, Germany) may record standard technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), retained briefly and not used to identify visitors.

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making about you, or send marketing you have not asked for.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Write to partnership@adsprintstudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or the authority of your habitual residence.

Cookies

This site uses the minimum possible:

• Strictly necessary browser storage (localStorage, not cookies): your theme choice and your cookie decision. No consent required; nothing is transmitted anywhere.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — set only after you click Accept. They distinguish visitors and sessions for aggregate statistics and expire after up to 2 years.

You can change your mind any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from loading on future visits; to remove cookies already set, clear cookies for this site in your browser.
