How it works

News in, branded posts out, every day.

Every engine we deploy is the AdsprintNBA system: five stages that run in a loop, controlled from one dashboard. Here is what each stage does, described from the engine we run in production.

Five stages, one loop

From news feed to published post

01 · INGEST

Read the news

The engine polls its RSS sources every 15 minutes. The same story usually appears in several feeds; those copies are collapsed into a single story that keeps its source citations. Each source can be switched on or off and weighted from the dashboard.

02 · EDITORIAL

Pick the winners

Fresh stories are scored on recency, source weight and the topic weights you set in the dashboard. An LLM editor then picks the day's slate from the top candidates, assigns each one a format and writes the angle. Picks fill each account's posting slots, staggered to its audience's timezone.

03 · CREATE

Render on-brand

Captions are written natively in each language — English, Spanish, Portuguese and Bulgarian for AdsprintNBA — rather than translated after the fact. Image cards are rendered from our own branded templates. Reels are composed with ffmpeg: animated scenes over stock b-roll, with text-to-speech narration timed to the captions.

When a card leads with a number, that number is checked against the source story before it is used. B-roll comes from stock libraries whose licences allow commercial use; no game footage.

04 · PUBLISH

Post on schedule

Posts go out to Instagram, X and YouTube through Blotato, each shaped for its platform: a short, hook-first post for X, Shorts for YouTube. A post that keeps failing is marked as failed and shows up in the dashboard instead of disappearing.

You decide how much is automatic. Approval mode is a dashboard switch: approve-before-publish, where posts wait for a person to approve them, or full-auto. On top of that there is a global pause, a pause per account and a kill button on every post.

05 · LEARN

Tune from data

Engagement metrics are collected every hour. A nightly strategy report compares topics and formats against each account's baseline and turns the result into boost and fade suggestions. Applying them is one click in the dashboard; you stay the strategist.

Control

Every knob is a dashboard control

What you control

  • Topic weights, format mix and posting frequency
  • Slot times and source weights
  • Boost and fade lists
  • Approval mode: full-auto or approve-before-publish
  • Global pause, per-account pause, per-post kill

How it is run

  • Settings are read by each job at run time: a change applies without a code release
  • Every setting records when it was changed and by whom
  • The dashboard is login-protected
  • Hosted on a Hetzner server in Nuremberg, Germany (EU)
For your brand

The same engine, re-skinned to your vertical

For a client engine we set up the sources for your vertical (sports, casino, esports, …), build branded image and video templates in your identity, and tune the AI editorial to your tone and compliance rules. Then we run it as a managed service.

Your feed could be running itself in weeks.

A 30-minute call is enough to scope it: your niche, your markets, your languages, and a fixed quote. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you on the call.
